Word Processing & Typing
Word Processing may include thick documents such as employee manuals or other documents that need charts, tables
and/or graphs.
Douglas County, MN City management submitted a manuscript hard copy of the County
Comprehensive Land Use Plan for typing and word processing as a Word Document complete with flowcharts,
tables, graphs, excel spreadsheets, and color photographs. We were also requested to then convert the manuscript document
to a .pdf format. Following are two pages of typing samples from the manuscript, a table with several special
characters and formatting, and picture maps scanned by sections, pieced back together and resized to fit an
8 ½" x 11" sheet of paper suitable for manuscript printing purposes and insertion into Douglas County's Land Use Plan.
