Scanning, Photo Retouch & Restoration
$28 per hour. Have your documents scanned and revised to your specifications. We also offer photo retouch:
brightness, contrast, adjust color, remove red eye, blemish removal, brighten eyes and teeth, diminish
shadows, add text and special effects, dust and scratch removal, soften or sharpen, crop, and more.

$35 per hour. Services include all aspects of QuickBooks Accounting Software, including accounts payable,
accounts receivable, bank transactions, reconciliation, payroll, invoicing, bill payments, etc.

Word Processing
Basic - $27 per hour. Straight typing services. We will proofread and edit to your specifications,
including the word processing of manuscripts, correspondence, form letters or forms design, reports,
manuals, résumés, cover letters, theses or other student papers.
Simple word processing, such as form letters, have a standard, same day to one day turnaround time.
Manuscripts bill on a per page basis and word processing is completed to Writer's Digest's specifications
unless otherwise noted.
Complex - $29 per hour. Intricate typing services such as legal, insurance, technical content or
extensive formatting with pictures, clip art, tables, or graphs.

Transcription
$27 per hour. Hearings, interviews, lectures, meetings, or correspondence from standard cassette tapes,
micro-cassette tapes, or digital files. Medical or legal transcription available.
One to two, short transcription tapes have a standard, same day to one day turnaround. Our Medical
Transcriptionist has 20 years of experience.

Proof Reading
$27 per hour. All work includes complimentary spelling and standard grammatical corrections. Further
revisions or formal grammatical corrections (i.e. fragments, passive voice) require authorization.
The Literate Letter® also specializes in manuscripts. Final proof reading of all work is the responsibility
of the client.
